This is a black rubber strip that goes around the front windshield. It holds the chrome molding trim strip that also goes around the windshield. This is done with small clips. My body man who is replacing the windshield has the clips but not the strip. He can use the old one but isn't sure that it will look good reusing it. If you have any ideas, I'll be grateful. Hi Everyone, New here. Can anyone tell me where/how to locate the Exterior Windshield Molding Retainer for my 1988 300zx? Been to Google, EBay, Nissan Parts Direct, NAPA, etc. No luck yet. Thanks, Daddy Dawg
