They are Rota Grids ** I can't remember the exact color ** but I believe they are "Steel Grey"

Thanks Mperdue I appreciate the comments yeah i agree w/ you ** i wasnt sure about the airdam but when i removed the old damaged one it just didnt look right** so i replaced it with basically the same airdam.
