  1. I talked to ST suspension and was told sway bars made for stock 240Z's with L24 drivetrain might not be compatible with my car. Is this true? If so what would be compatible with my car?
  2. Picked up a mint condition 240Z last year that was mostly stock. So far I've upgraded wheels, redoing the interior, and added BC Racing coilovers. I'm planning on doing further mods to suspension and replacing the brakes. I have a decent budget for both though nothing crazy since this is pretty much a weekend car and will never see anything more than occasional spirited canyon drives. My goal is to complete suspension and brakes by this summer and start on the engine (L28) sometime in the fall.

  4. Hey guys, can you recommend a legit US based dealer I can order these wheels from? Also I'm still debating going with either 15x8 wheels with 225-50ZR 15" or 16x8 with 225-45ZR 16" Currently have 16x7 Konig Rewind with 215-55ZR 16" wheels with BC Racing coilovers.
  5. I really like the look of dual mirror symmetry and having a usable passenger side mirror.
  6. I ended up ordering the Red Line Shift and Emergency Brake boots this morning. Thanks! BTW I also need to replace my seatbelts as they are a pain in the arse to use. Right now the only version I've looked at is from the Z store.
  7. I’m doing some upgrades of my 240Z’s interior and would like to replace the current shifter and emergency brake boots even though they look fairly ok. I’ve seen them in vinyl and synthetic leather but can’t really tell from crappy photos online. Thanks
  8. Hey guys, I bought an excellent condition 1973 Datsun 240Z back in October that came with a ton of extra parts, memorabilia, and documentation of nearly everything. The person who I purchased the car from is a good friend who's currently moving out of state and found this manifold during the moving process. Can you help me identify the model? Thanks! PS: my car currently has an L28
  9. Thanks for the information and links!
  10. Hey guys, I'd like to replace the window frames (already have replacements) on my 240Z and have OEM mirrors drilled into my doors. Can you recommend a shop in the So Cal area that can do a good job? Thanks!
  11. I like the “fingers” built in for a more secure grip. Great job!
  12. Yes. The turn signal sits very close to the back of the steering wheel since it’s more than one inch shallower than the stock wheel. I was a bit nervous bending the signal but managed to gently bend it back over multiple attempts and got the desired spacing.
  13. Thanks! Got it here……https://jdm-car-parts.com/collections/nissan-skyline-vintage/products/datsun-competition-steering-wheel-wood-version-for-datsun-240z-260z-280z-510-coming-soon?variant=13657764986989
