About My Cars
For the last four years I have owned the 1972 240Z that was featured in the 2015 episode of Wheeler Dealers where Edd China replaced the factory automatic transmission with a rebuilt 5-speed from a 280Z. After completing an extensive restoration in 2024 the car was a participant last October in the Audrain Newport Concour. Having completed the restoration, the car is in impeccable condition and later this month it will be auctioned online at Hemmings.com. It is located in RI and if anyone is interested, I have a complete writeup on its condition and what has been done. Without a doubt, it is the most famous 240Z in existence, having been viewed millions of times via the Wheeler Dealer show. It draws an enthusiastic crowd wherever it is shown.
