The reason people keep droping money into these cars is because they like to. Im putting alot of my pocket change in my car because i like the way it looks, and drives. I personally have fun working on my car and doing everything, i dont care that its a "waste" of money, because im having fun with it.

Yes, it is very possible to "fix" your springs. But you have to realize its a "fix" It will never be as good as they were when they were new or getting new ones, but they heat them back up, put it where its supossed to be, and dunk it in cold water, it will stiffen the metal back up. Just remember, its a quick fix and not a solution.

I am looking for a new car also. I found a guy that rebuilds Z's on his free time and he has like 6 on his hands right now. I think im going to take him up on the 240 hes selling because its got the 280 engine in it, totally rebuilt. Hes asking 2500. They only rust it has is on the kicker panel or whatever its called, kinda new to the car world, . Tell me what ya think guy's.

Will you be ok with shifting slow for 5 min till the car warm's up?? It would be a very bad idea to shift faster, you dont want to make a small problem a big one.

I believe its a 510, but i gotta check up on that, not too sure, steering wheel's are the least of my worries.

I just bought 2 72's, one is a parts car and 1 is my daily driver. Ill see if the one on the parts car is ok, has alot of damage on it though. I just bought myself a 240, and i love the thing, but not the seats, . You should get some "del slow" seats, they are comfy and not too hard to put in, they are pretty cheap if you go to a junkyard and find ones in good condition.
