Im still perplexed as to how you are able to fit Z32 rotors onto a zed that has the standard 4 stud pattern?

Thanks mate. Appreciate the help. I am also interested in putting vented rotors on my zed, does anyone know of a company that sells them? Most sell only solid rotors. Cheers Ben.

I couldnt manage to pull out the axles, not that I tried very hard. I gave up after a while, it was a 38 degree summer day. Is there a special way to pull the pintara axles out? Or did u just use brute strength?

I've never had a problem with Troy. I have purchased alot of parts from him over the years and he has been very helpful, give him a shot.

You can often find Fairlady badges on ebay motors. They aren't cheap, but they are brand new and of high quality. Im thinking about decking my 240z out with Fairlady badges aswell.

I remember Keir Wilsons GTR ran a best of 8.79 (Think thats correct) Can't believe the power that thing had, blew my mind! It had room for more improvement. That GTR is destined for 7's no worries.

Myself and S130 will be heading up to Heathcote for the drags. Albeit not in my 240z, as shes not ready yet . However I'll be happy to take the R32 skyline for a rip up! May see some of you there!

Yes, that might come in handy on my high compression NA L28.

If you would like to turbo your L26, Id say go for it! Don't listen to everyones excuses as to why it won't work, why it will be too expensive and why the parts are hard to find. Go visit ebaymotors and search for an L28 turbo manifold, they are sold all the time, buy yourself a nice t3 turbo (the expensive part), and plum it through an intercooler and then into your su's (240z kind). This setup will work, I have seen it done. Yes EFI will be better, however if you tune the carbies right (and upgrade needles and jets) the power will be sustantially higher than stock. I have a mate with an L28 turbo, it uses a custom exhaust manifold, a 45mm weber, and a t04e turbo. The setup is a suck through design (not the best in my opinion) and runs water injection. It uses a $^!# load of fuel, however it propels his 260z 2+2 into the mid 11's. Make no mistake later model motors may be more reliable, however every man and his dog is using them. An rb20det, despite good right ups, has absolutely zilch torque, sure u can get a decent 220rwkw, but what about the torque?
