Ok so here I go again. The tranny is out of a 10/71, It has bad play in the shifter. Before I put it in the car I am replacing the shims and bushings. But I don't know witch kit to buy. I looked all over the trans for a part # and cannot find one. The only letter/number I can find is an L-2 casted into the side of the trans. What type trans is this?

Reg paint thinner. But I supose the lacquer thinner would do the trick

The thinner wont take it all the way off. But it cuts it so it wont get hard.

I used Por on my frame and battery tray. Then painted over as per the instructions. I love it. Worked awesome. Cation: Don't get it on your hands, it wont come off anytime soon.

Its for the 75. Guess I forgot to state that. I have 4 other boosters all for a 240z. but dont know if they will fit or if they are any good.

What year boosters will interchange?

:stupid: I was putting my engine bay back together, and when I tried to attach the Brake MC to the booster, the top stud that the MC slides onto broke off level with the MC. What do I do? Do I have to Buy a New Booster? How do I fix this

It only cost me $40.00 to paint my engine bay. $35.00 for the paint and $5.00 for supplies. But I painted it myself I didn't take it someplace. If your not building it to look good then why build it?

Dont know this fix, But it sounds like the "anitheft" steering lock is messing up.
