Look through this website, my new GT-2 240z is in there somewhere. I think it will be a fairly competitive car. Full tube chassis, double A arm front suspension, and a 3 link, 9" Ford rearend. Krys Dean www.theracecarfactory.com

Eric, I have no clue about the shipping cost, although I shipped a pair of big block ford heads to Penn. and I believe it cost about $40 per head, the seats ar half the weight or less, but bulkier. The vinyl is OEM Krys

The new SCCA GT rules allow us to run fuel injection next year. I am thinking of going to the TWM unit with a TECII from Electromotive. Has anyone had any experience with these units? Thanks Krys Dean
  6. Jeff, I have a number of parts from the 71 240z I am building as a GT2 race car, (the car was hit in the front end and was going to be crushed). The car had been completely restored, and I have a full heater system, seats, a right front fender, wiper motor, and misc other stuff, let me know if any of this stuff will help. Krys Dean
  7. Try to hold your rev limit below 8,000 rpm, The L28 crankshaft has a terrible harmonic, and tries to emulate a wet noodle at high RPM. Even with first class balancing, racing prep, low mass clutch assy. and using the NISMO harmonic balancer (not the euro damper), the crank has a tendancy to break between the no. six journal and the rear main if it consistently goes over eight grand. I'll buy one and I'll race one, the fiberglass racing bodies are supposed to be available in mid 2002, and the VQ engine is a gold mine of power. Arch Angel racing uses the VQ engine in their MP light cars, and they last and win. Krys Dean:cool:
