240z Bra wanted (any condition)
I was expecting a one piece Bra. But 3 pieces make sence, other way you'll not be able to open the hood. But are the lamps cover well secured at high speeds?

difficult to start
I have the same problem. This strarted as the mornings turn colder. I have the twin su's round top and piont ignition sist. I'm shure this problem it's wheather related. But I also suspect the float chamber dry out at night. I have a gas leak on the return line on the back of the tank, this gas leak only appears when the tank is almost full. So if the fuel sistem need to have pressure this will be my problem.

E12-80 Electronic dizzy for a 240z Auto?
That would be great Jeff. You can send the info to mario@gexiq.com I got all the part's from a junk yard and I don't know if the ignition module works. Is there a way to test the e12-80 before the instalation? Axtellz you quote that "the ignition cut out when the car wasn't in park or neutral" this mean the car must be in park or neutral to get it started? Wire around the safety swith on tranny? is this a mandatory task?

Hi, I want to know if the electronic distributor with E-1280 module, will work on my 240z automatic. Is this swap only for manual trannys? I already have the distributor, e12-80 module and the coil. Don't care If the tach don't work with this swap, all I want it's a quick start in the morning, and 6000 rpm  Any advice or experiences on this swap is welcome.

Can you identify this mikunis?
The guy who's selling them told me that these numbers are stamped "N40PHH970 461" if they were phh's, what would be a good price to pay on these used ones?. What would be the perfect L-28 engine for them?

a cheaper solution wanted
Thanks for sharing your time and experience. I think the new part will be a safe solution, not neccesarily the safest, but I cannot put a price on safety, this means that I have to kiss goodbye to a 100 bucks :nervous:. Honestly I was expecting more ideas than comments, but this comments make common sence. My quest for the cheaper idea, was because I want to takle many things at the same time and run out of money. Import the car into mexico, wheels, polish the wheels, upholstery, new tires, an so on. And I can't wait to be behind the wheel of a Z. But I must wait Other thing, can someone tell me how to upload a picture to the post, so I don't have to change the avatar like I did this time.

a cheaper solution wanted
Hello everyone, I'm looking for some advice to solve my problem. I was having leaks when gas was pumped... it was the plastic filler tube (the one on my avatar). So when I pulled off it the flexible part came out in pieces When searching for the new replacement part, I find it for 100+shipping . Too expensive for me, call me what you want, but I will prefer a cheaper doit yourself solution to tackle this problem. the rigid plastic piece seems o.k. the lower flexible plastic piece it's all rotted Do anyone out there had the same problem? Can the filler neck from a 280zx work? Where to look for a cheaper new part? Don't want to buy a used one from another 240z, probably they will be rotted too. I'll appreciate all of your Zknowledge, Thanks

Where can I find these wheels
Great site! Those wheel's are Cragar Superlite II, or Series 346. Haven't seen the difference already. Must be $ & weight.

Where can I find these wheels
I got these pic's from E-bay, it's a dream car. I'm gonna get a set of wheel's in the near future. I have two choices, these drag/type and the old-school sloted mag's 14x6. I find the sloted at 170+shipping. (used) not bad but I preffer wheels on bigger sizes.
