I've got a 75 280Z with the OEM 4 speed and it has it as well. If I remember correctly the tall portion goes in the back. If nothing else see about lining up the holes with the bottom of the case...should only fit one way....Let me put that another way ()...more than likely someone could probably install it wrong tho if they tried real hard...() webdawg1
  2. You'll be money ahead if you send it out and have it done right. If your tank is in pretty sound shape with the exception of the rust on the inside then check out the following url: http://www.gas-tank.com/ Quite a few people here have sent their tanks to them including myself to have them redone correctly...might as well nip it in the bud now and be done with it...so you can move on to something else... webdawg1

Couple of questions... How long has it been sitting out in that corn field it came out of?? (I.E. - 2-3 years, 5-10 ??) 1. Old gas or new gas in the fuel tank.... 2. Have you checked the condition of the fuel tank and fuel lines.... (I.E. - Fuel tank for RUST and fuel lines for blockage) 3. Have you checked all your connections for anything ECU/FI related.... (I.E. - Connections that have green stuff on them) 4. Fusible links for possible blown links... That's just for starters...make yourself up a list and start checking off everything as you go thru it...at some point you should have a pretty good idea as to why it's not running... webdawg1
  5. Mohamed, It was just some "Tongue in cheek humor" and more along the lines of "Just kidding"...If you ever decide to part with it someday tho, you'll probably regret it the rest of your life...not many still around ya know... webdawg1

Tomo, I'm showing 27 3/4" wide x 26 1/2" tall. (Measured from the flat area to the 12:00 o'clock position) Has three holes for your fingers to go into to pick it up. Holes measure 1 5/8" tall x 3" long. Also has approx. 15-20 flat head rivets holding it together. At one point it had velcro holding it down at three points on the bottom. Don't have much in the way of pictures. Need to see about getting one (A digital camera) here pretty soon... webdawg1
