i've located someone who wants to sell parts from a 70/240z vin#403, manufacture tag 403 nov 69.he has six boxes of stuff, mostly small parts for $200.($160 U S ) i wrote down the list over the phone hastily.(might of missed some parts) what i want to know is, are these parts more unique because they're from a low vin # or not. maybe 26th-Z can answer this question, also is there such thing as hatch glass without defrost wires? p.s. the car was a rust bucket,hence he keep parts.

maybe burt should auction his car off at b-j auction.looks like a lot of desposible cash been thrown around down there.(no reserve though might be very nerve racking)

the red 72/240z sold for $13,500.musta been a good one.got the info from B-J's web page.

my pass truck window tint has turned wavey like looking through warped glass.(u know like antique glass) when u described soaking with ammonia and putting a garbage bag over it, is that with the window still installed or do u take the window out and lay it flat. oh yea- which side is tinted-inside or outside. hope this isn't a dumb question.

wouldn't opening the hood give you the hint that the bumper guards are upside down?looks like they'd rub.

my sentiments exactly. i though the reserve would be closer to at least 5 or 6 K.notice ding in front bumper(not mentioned-cracks in dash not mentioned although obvious in pixs-no pixs of hatch sill rust) maybe i'm just nit pickin. underside looks really clean though.

if the undercoating looks original have a look. if it's recent stay away. i feel recent undercoat is to hide rust.unless you have x-ray vision i wouldn't trust fresh undercoat.imo
