That sounds pretty good to me!!
  2. Technically, if the RX7 is a car of the 70s, doesn't that make the 240Z a car of the 60s? Let's not go there!! What an acheivement. I find it strange that the top SIX cars are Italian, except for our precious Z. That's great.

You think THAT compares to a Z????????
  4. That's what I think too, Stephen. VG30DETT converted to one mumma-chunk turbo? In any case, I love the fact that the bodywork is all stock (mostly). Can't say I'm a fan of the wheels but I wouldn't complain!! datsun-sports, do you have any more pictures of this beauty??

But please stay here too!! And post some pics of your new baby up in the gallery if you get time, we'd love to see it. Congratulations!!! *resists making a predictable Jaguar comment*
  6. teehee! :tapemouth
  7. For comparison.
  8. Just found these pics the other day - what a CLEAN 240! I'm not too fond of the colour, but I thought some would be interested. And that's not the only thing about this 240Z which is from a 350Z............

Mmm wow, it fits so nicely, it looks as if it was made for it!! Fantastic.

Know what you mean.. mine is my daily transport also, so it's very hard to work on. Weekend projects only!! That's why none of my stuff has gone on yet. Well that's my excuse. The real reason is I don't want to see the bill I'm going to have to pay the bodywork guy!!!

Ever seen the Works KPGC110, Peter? How about some flares like this mother?!? (this one has 12" Watanabes on the rear IIRC)

What?? Arh!! I better get my act together to get my flares on before you guys ROFL Please post some pictures up of the flares when you get them guys! And let us know your progress

Make sure you tell us when they do your 'proper' article, Alan!
  16. A bit off-topic, but I thought some might be interested. Here are some (silly) guys with a series 5 FC RX7, with an engine they obviously dont need anymore. They want to see how long the 13B powerplant will last at full-throttle with no rev limiter (ie 9000rpm). Anyway, don't download it unless you've got a fast connection, the file is about 27 MB and not exactly exciting!! http://paladinmicro.com/RX7BlownEngine.wmv
  17. Heya, I have a copy of this, and I highly recommend it. It's got great diagrams about everything to do with the chassis/body. This is where I got those wiring diagrams, Michael http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2479087535&category=32063&sspagename=STRK%3AMEBWA%3AIT&rd=1 A bit expensive... but FWIW.
  18. It's so sad to see something like this - so complete, but just uncared for. What a waste...

A touch?? More like severe groping. But nonetheless, some of the comments made kinda freak me out a bit!!! If my car was a female, she'd be rather large and loud, but bouncy and lots of fun. So probably a busty American.

Oh sorry, didn't mean to ruin the mood ...much
