side door glass help
Hi Mikey, my door glass has some scratches on both sides - I really would like to replace them. I just can't find any though, let alone new (even where they sold as new!). The glass has a bow, it is not straight. I can take some pictures later if you would like.

Original Z Color? What Code?
I'm guessing 920 Gold. I thought the yellow was a much "flatter" colour

You guys are going to love this...
Wow, seriously cool links there! There have been several 240K's selling recently, what are you waiting for?

Edumacate me
It's difficult to see in that pic, but the colour of the lenses isn't the only difference between domestic and export C110's. Wiring is different and also the shape of the outer ring lense (see attachment) You thinking something Craig, or just curious?

Diecast model.
I've never looked at the Yat Ming, because I've always imagined it being similar to the Road Signature "rally car" I bought. It was utter crap. The shell of the car was actually a noticeably different shape.. shocking. So I stick with Kyosho too. They're about twice the price but the detail is gorgeous. I have a red Fairlady Z, silver 240Z and white 240ZG BTW my rally car doesn't have any defroster lines, but it does have D hubcaps!

Z Ladies are hotties!
Sure you're not looking in the "ZCar Women" (aka BABE) Galleries?

Quick Tyre Question
The first number is the width in mm. ie 205mm wide. The second number is the profile, measured as the % of the width. ie. 40 = 0.4 * 205 = 82mm and 50 = 0.5 * 205 = 102.5mm But you shouldn't be putting 17s on your Z anyway...

if you designed the new z...
The new Z needs to be powerful like a gorilla, yet soft and yielding like a Nerf ball... Ron's got the idea! I saw a DB9 on the road the other day... the first thought that came to my head was, "that's what the 350Z should have looked like." And the air horn should play "la cucuracha"

Down Under Bumper
Devildog, the US got more Z Cars in 1970 alone than Australia got from 1970 - 1978!! I saw a 2+2 in a wreckers, once. It had no doors, bonnet, fenders, windows, interior, engine, suspension, brakes......

Photos from Z Nationals 2005 Australia Goulburn
There are more 1600's there than Z's :stupid: I thought it was Z Car Nats?! Don't worry, I'm just jealous. Can't wait for the video footage!! P.S. Didn't see any C210s there?

Who's game? (240K on ebay)
WoW! Five-stud conversion on the front-left wheel too eh? I'm impressed. I mean apart from the dirt and grime and rust, it's all there. The body doesn't look bad... It's March 74 is it? Interesting... We should set up a register. What's more interesting is those tail lights! I thought perhaps there would be a few other "JDM" things on the car, but apparently not. I guess a past owner replaced them, but it's still odd. Will you be disassembling this one too? If so, make sure to take lots of pictures of the lights and the markings on them. They should have a production date on them somewhere surely. That might help... Anyway, thanks for hte pictures =) (Why is it every second 240K seems to have it's mirror in a relocated position?)

Well Damn
Yeah, it's because you live in a small town Rick. Either that or it's due to the fact that the cops here are usually too busy hiding in shrubs with their speed gun out to wave back... Sorry, but I've never had a good experience with a cop. Maybe just bad luck eh?
