There was one competing in Targa Tasmania last year actually! A Japanese team, unfortunately it rolled over. http://www1.odn.ne.jp/~car32160/2004%20TARGA%20TASMANIA%20RALLY.htm is their webpage, it takes a while to load but make sure you see the pic about half way down!

Nice! The "DATSUN" plate for Qld was available up until about a year ago - I really wanted to get it but at 2000 a piece hardly worth it. Someone else had the same idea, but with more cash so it's now on a 2000 Fairlady Roadster. -

South Africa is also RHD. I too believe that story seems a little far fetched... stranger things have happened though! edit: Hong Kong is also RHD
