Ok, here is the poll!
Of course! That's the whole point. These parts separate the men from the boys. Or rather, the trailer-queens from the daily drivers... you can look at it either way, but at the end of the day they'll be worth more. That's what this thread is about. ...I think

Count the turbos!
I think this is just a complex airconditioning system! I mean lookat it, the exhaust (ventilation pipes) clearly goes straight into the cabin!! Imagine the power of that...

FILMS "Road test in the U.S. & CANADA Oct-Dec 1969"
Hi Kats! Yes I agree with you. I think they are talking about how the emblems will look, when they are made. I do not believe the story of Mr. K removing the emblems from the early exports. I think Nissan was a little more professionally run, even then. It is a romantic story, but doesn't really make sense to me. Perhaps this story is just a romanticised version (changed over the years) of the fact that Mr. K really really did NOT like the name "Fairlady Z" for the American market. We know that much is true, right? Here is another question! Do you know what they are shooting pictures for in the same video with the young woman? Has anyone ever seen a photo that looks like it could have been taken here?

Numberplate Light
Hi guys, Has anyone got a spare, CLEAN numberplate light for a 240K? I only really need the lense, they're the bits that usually go all brittle and dull from exhaust. Cheers!

Abolishment of the 15 year rule
It's also heavier...! Beats me why anyone would buy it over the Spec-S. I mean nobody in a silvia is going to buy it just to be a poser......... edit : aw shucks, you beat me to it

States droping tax on gas !!
Excuse my ignorance, but.. err.. why? It's not like it's a BMW 7 series GPS system that can tell you the air-speed velocity of the pigeon that just shat on your windscreen, just a tracking device... (I'm not saying it would work, I don't think it would. But I am curious as to why you think it wouldn't work in cars without computers)

Brown Bread
Ed, how do you feel about the brown bread on the doors? I would be worried about it soaking up water and perhaps leading to rust.... no?
