Global warmin, Montana and a 240z
Check this out from yesterday. It was warmer in Nebraska than all of California, Florida and Arizona. Weird, I actually like snow yet I grilled steaks and had beer on the patio last night! By noon yesterday it was 60. I suppose I'll get a monster blizzard before spring but oh well. The high temp where I'm at was 38 degrees above normal! Cool!! FWIW, Chris A.

l28 pistons 120thou(3mm) over??
Hi ZSaint, nice looking motor. Can you tell me if the crank scraper is held down by the main cap bolts? Looks to be, I'd like to put one of these on my Z but don't want to drill and tap ANY area for the scraper hold downs. Thanks in advance, Chris A.

Back in the day a buddy of mine had a Mustang II in Ghia trim with a 302. It was an ugly arse car but it actually ran circles around a lot of vehicles back then. Scary. FWIW, Chris A. Everybody remember these "Mustangs"!

Must See Videos...Z Rust Repair Made Fun
Yep, so I watched all the vids and I'm wishing there were more. These guys are funny yet doing an incredible job of saving a 71 Z that was sold on eBay and advertised as having no rust. IT WAS A RUST BUCKET!!!! Yet these Swedish dudes are removing rusted metal and replacing it. I hope they keep updating the videos. Much luck to them, Chris

Must See Videos...Z Rust Repair Made Fun
I left clicked the first movie file and it loaded and played in Win Media Player. It is REALLY good stuff. Good soundtrack and good footage of someone stripping a Z down to nothing and starting to rebuild it. I'm gonna go watch the rest now.

Friends across the globe.
Okay Bill, enough with the mushy stuff. Seriously though, Bill is right on. This spread out group is like a family. Sometimes we fight but then we get back to what's right and all is well again. Everyday should be spent being thankful for family and friends. Wherever they may be! Thanks Bill for the kind words. I'll always be your friend and that's all I need in return. Chris

Decals or labels in the engine bay
Stephen is right on. Banzai has good stuff and he's a great guy to work with. Decent prices and superb customer service in my opinion. I got all the air cleaner decals and quarter window "OK" sticker from him. He's got small bits and pieces too. Chris A.

Get this Magazine!!!

Thanks for the link Tomohawk. Does anybody have more info about the suspension bushings used in this project. I've never seen the "Noltec" brand before. She looks like a nice car. And what a great parts car find. BRE and Nissan Comp parts WOW!! Chris P.S. Oh, I see they are Australian. That's cool.

Z - 35 Years of Nissan's Sports Car
Agreed. But lets just stick to the "bad information" and leave the author out of it. No one but he knows the reason he did what he did. Regards, Chris A.

I remember reading somewhere that just some chrome paint out of a rattle can was used. The insides were sandblasted and then painted. Was it Wick Humble's book? Chris
