Yea, the 240's got the looks. I want to buy an air dam for my 280, how the hell do you install one of those???. Is the 240 pretty close to the 280? i know the front isnt the same but i thought the rest of the body looked darn close.

280z, you know the metal cover on the front and rear brakes? i was told to adjust them so that they would make about 4-5 revolutions when i spin the wheels.

Hey guys, i got my 78 280Z a couple months back now, and i just want to know what my car was and will be worth. Ok, so the car has about 130,000km on it, body is in good condition (exept for the rear quarter panel, almost done bondo'ing it) the car runs, the inside is great but the dash has a crack in it. The drivers side door handle is broken, but im almost done that also. The floor panels are in great condition and it has the original louvres (spelling). The brakes need to be adjusted, but other than that the car runs good, the electrical looks good, just needs new fuses. So id i get an ok price for $450CAD? I am planning on a new cold air intake, PP, struts, springs and some other good stuff. So i am wondering, in the condition its in now, whats it worth? with the things im adding, what will it be worth? P.S dont hesitate to tell me i got screwed, its my first car! thanks.

hey guys, my Z has a little bit of rust under the car, the floorpanels are fine, but the suspension and some other areas are starting to be corroded. I plan on getting new struts, springs and other parts, but what do i do about the underbody and all the other small areas? Thanks a ton.

Hey guys, i cant take out my car yet because after i reverse out of the drive way, i switch to 1'st and it feels like the brake is on or somthing, or its in 4'th gear. so could this be a problem with my transmission? how can i find out? Thanks alot.

Hey guys, so i have now decided to start using a 40 grit on a grinder to strip the paint off, insted of the soft cork attachment. (is this ok?) So how the hell do i remove the paint thats between the door and the windshield? you know, that little area. Thanks.

WOW, not so much the money, but i have no idea how to get the cylinder boring done. Hey man, do you know of a kit like that i can buy just for rebuilding? just a little less complicated. Oh and does anyone know, what the head code on the 1978 280Z?
