    I'm not certain what you mean by unchromed, is that the original finish or one that has been prepared for chrome plating but is not finished? If it is a from the factory appearance I would offer $325 plus shipping to Reading PA. If it needs the chrome plating and is a solid piece I would offer $125 plus shipping.
