Tired of being called names?
So my orange 72 240z is a little rusty, a little dusty, you know. Nothing too bad, but really all my friends seem to do is call it names. Here's the latest: "Carrot Car" (pertaining to that pointy orange profile), "Microwave Car" (pertaining to the retangular hatch window with the defroster lines) and finally "Suppository" (You understand.) No Biggie really, I get it all the time, -BUT- Here is a support group for all those who have had their Z's called names. -fire away...!

Name this rare L24 manifold
I picked up this P30 intake manifold on ebay for dirt cheap. I bought it mostly because I have never seen anything like this before. It is a nissan part and bolts up to my 240z head seemlessly. It looks like it might take the same stock carb as the 510. Anybody have any information about this manifold or the cars they came on. Intake picks much welcome.

Pillar emblems wanted...
As far as I know, these emblems were on early JDM cars. Here is a pic of the vented type (or at least what I have understood as the vented type):

Fairlady Z to save from the ~crusher~
1977 Fairlady Z RHD on ebay. Looks kinda rusty but how often do you really find one of these in the states? This item has already been relisted at least once. If it doesn't get sold this time around, they probably are going to turn it into a cube of indiscript blue scrap metal.... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7907520268&category=6783

Fairlady Z hood emblem
So, is the Fairlady Z hood emblem the same one as used on the 280ZX's? At first glance it appears the the same, however in the attached photo, the emblem looks thicker at the base. Any S30 Fairlady owners to confirm this?
