hey i'm not a z-guy... but my dad has a 78 datsun 810 wagon that is basically a rust bucket now but has a pretty decent 6-cylinder engine in it except that it's QUITE loud due to i think a cracked manifold. my dad's in the hospital with severe heart problems and has been trying to get rid of this vehicle for a while now so i'm doing it for him... so far as i know the engine is a rebuild with approx 50k on it. i don't know anything about these engines at all. i have heard though that you guys use the same engine so i figured someone might be able to use it. if not it's headed for the junkyard. we just want this vehicle outta the driveway asap.... $200 and it's all yours...it's not in perfect condition but i don't think it needs much work at all to be a pretty nice one.....maybe a good washing and a new manifold and i think that would be it. other than that i believe it runs quite strong.... please email, phone or reply here with any questions, i'll give it about a week and then junk the car. email is beardslee77@hotmail.com or my home phone is 253-856-0080 or cell is 425-478-4575 , ask for andy. we have some creative messages on our voice mail so don't let that scare you away i might be headed back out to iraq very soon, i'm currently home on emergency leave cause of my dad's heart condition, but looks like i might be able to just stay home. i live in kent, wa.....car is kind of drivable and located in north seattle.... thanks for reading, questions? ask away i'll try to answer them....
