I guess that is true. So they arent called fairlady Z in europe either? So they are only known as fairlady z in Japan? How about australia? Well thanks for that fact. This is my 2nd Z.... and i am more of a Japanese fanatice than european.

oh btw.... i highly doubt there are only 10 in USA..... i would like to think i am the only one with a fairlady in Illinois though... but i dont know.

You would be surprise to how many responses i got. I have at least two very interested buyer. You might be right that noone would want to buy it... but it was surprising how these two people are from europe. It being the same engine there... it kinda makes sense. Not really thinking about droping in the L28, or the L28et ... but it will be a turbo engine... and will be kept in the nissan family. Well... i own an 1977 fairlady Z. I am planning to do an engine swap.. and since i am getting rid of the engine, Would anyone want to buy it? I have an 1977 L20 with a 5 speed trans. It has 113,000 Km... which is around 70,000 original miles. You can rebuild it or for a project. I would want $1000.00 for the Engine and trans but price is negotiable. Please let me know ASAP. I might have to just throw it away if not needed. I also have pics. Email me for pics.

Well..take a good look at my car... do you know the paint code? If you do... please feel free to tell me. I cant read japanese... so i really dont know what my paint code is. I think this color is the same for all "blue" Zs. Please help

Thanks guys for the welcome... and thanks for the replies. I have read them all and made a decision. I have seen 16x7 panasports on Z's... and they do ussually run the 225/50. I was jsut afraid that these people used coilovers and spacers as a combination. But... i feel that 225's will jsut do. So i will go with that. But here is one thing maybe you guys cna help me with too. We have all heard about Watanabes. Well... i would rather have those for my Lady than the Panasports. I would like to keep her JDM as much as possible. So... do you guys know any dealers i can buy some Watanabe? PS. I would post pictures of her... but i dont really know how. I will as soon as i find out how too...

What is the widest wheel and tire we can put on a Z>? I have a 1977 Z.... 2/2.... and i am looking at some wheels. I am planing to get 17x7 or 16x7... but i dont know how wide to go with my tires. I am not planning to run coilovers right now... so all i want to buy are some spacers. How wide should i go?
