Please do not get me started on the wiggles. I work in a video shop and I get reminded of this headache almost everytime I work. Apparently there one of our biggest exports and make heaps of money. I wonder if I dress up like an idiot sing stupid songs and have no fashion sense what so ever. Maybe I'll become rich too :tapemouth .

Sorry if this was mentioned above but didn' not read as was in hurry. I've done an introductory welding course and was told to get a good weld you need an uncontaminated base to work with otherwise welds will be messy etc.... and may not even stick.

Please provide more info ie: What year is your Z for starters. Is it a 280zx 280z 240z etc... Fuel Injected??? Carbs? Electronic Ignition, Points Distributor. From the limited info I can think of a few things. 1.) Flooding 2.) Fuel Pump but you say it goes away. 3.) Something electronic if fuel injected.. 4.) Spark plugs? Leads?? Coil.

KGC10 Skyline Coupe if I remember correctly these are the non GTR coupe's but basically the same shape car. Powered by the L20 engine. So it would share a few things I'd assume the gearbox would interchangeable and the differentials. I recently read an article about one of these which had been modified to look like a GTR version KPGC10. It had a worked L28 with over 300HP non turbo. Sounds like alot of fun. If anyone would know about the mechanicals and their similarities to the Z I think it would be Alan. Sorry Alan to involve u .

Hey guys just wanted to know if anyone on this forum was a member of the NDSOC (Nissan Datsun SPorts Owners Club). I've been intending to join for a long time now and haven't got around to it. Alphadog I'm not sure if I want anything for the gearbox as I don't know if I'll be selling it just yet. How much were you looking to buy it for? Alan did all of the PS30 Z's with the S20 have dual exhausts fitted to it as a matter of course? I was under the impression that this was a feature of the Works Rally Cars. Thanks

Alan you mention the 240k gearbox might have usefull gear ratio's for racing??? I have a spare 240k box I suspect that came from the c110 it's a 5speed but apparently they have the bad ratio's???? Anyway I spent a bit of money on rebuilding it and nobody will take it off my hands for any amount of money so it's stuck in my garage doing nothing. Is there any use for this?? I was keeping it incase I blew mine up and needed a spare.

Maybe he was adopted . My girlfriend knows I wouldn't let her drive it. She would hate for anything to happen to it. My mum doesn't want to drive it even though I know she's loved the 240z since she was my age (about 20). I've let friends etc.. drive my cars before and I find it hard watching others drive my car as I don't always agree with the way they drive it. The car is only insured for me anyway which is good and makes a good excuse. I drive it I love it it's my baby.
