Ebay Australia, "modified" 240z
300zx's have only 2 centre gauges this one has 3 which leads me to believe it's a 280zx dash but can't be sure since I'm not a huge fan of the S130 or Z31.

White Guage Face Opinions? Ricey?
I'm curious what you guys think of changing the black faces to white gauges in the 240z? I'm thinking of buying a spare set of gauges to do it to so that i can change back at a later stage. The easier to read gauges and blue bulbs would be easier than the black with green lights but it's just not a very period correct thing at the same time. I've attached the gauge set so anyone can download them here and try it out. :classic: guages.zip

Im about to strike rich with LD28 crank's
Do you think you could take a photo of the distributor on the motor? I'm interested in the inside of the distributor ie: under the cap and the black module on the side. I have a strange feeling this is where one of my distributors came from.

Mr C Sorry it took so long. Box Dimensions for mine were 730 X 240 can't tell you an exact weight but guessing 8kilo's maybe more. Can't give you the height but I'd say 25 cm

The first Z pace car
Thanks Alan I really appreciate the time and effort and thought you put into your posts. While reading i was picturing the old Mazda Rotories, GTR's and Z432's racing against each other. That recent video i posted of the GTR gave me some insight as to what these cars racing was like. I guess the S30's being lighter than the KPGC10's gave them that extra advantage :classic: . Once again thanks for the interesting post .

don't get me wrong i absolutely love this Z the only thing i don't like is the S13 Dash. I think the 240z dash is perfect the way it is and responds well to white guage faces. Other than that It's one of the best Z's I've seen.
