VicZcar Drive Day 3 Video!
Yeah i know what your saying unfortunately the video is of the day we had the lowest turn out only 4 made it including myself but the weather wasn't the best so I guess I can't blame them. The reason for no engine noise is because i couldn't capture the audio so instead i added a soundtrack something I'll rectify later and with the other vids. I still haven't seen the Authurs seat cruise video but I reakon it will be much better. Just wanted to get something up i guess to promote the site a little

432 Tachometer
Hi ALan great Tacho, I'd love to get ahold of one of these for my L28 does it work with the L28 I shouldn't imagine any reason why it wouldn't. Once my L28 is built my friend says she should rev to 9000rpm quite safely with tripples of course. This tacho would work well with the increase in rpm's are they hard to come by?

New Camcover and Airbox
I agree with Alan the standard airbox for the Su's will do fine you shouldn't need to modify it. Just perhaps extend the intake section for colder air if you like.

New Camcover and Airbox
Sounds good to me Alan although I appreciate a car that is very original I've come to a point where i've decided that mods that improve the way the car handles and drives are fine it's butchering the body style more than anything that i don't like. I like your style and approach in a few years I hope to show you my style and approach

Where did i get KE70 from then??? Actually come to think of it your right KE25 shape my mate had a KE55 so a earlier one would be the KE25. So what is the difference between a KE25 and a TE27? Is the TE27 the sports version with the flares and twin cam motor? I remember seeing a green one of these in a hot 4's mag it was Gremlin green with the flares bit more subtle and nicer shaped than these with a rotory in it. Man that would be an awesome car I've always had dreams of building something so out of this world

makes me wanna visit Japan that's for sure just to see some of these beauties in person. I really love the way this one stands with the Watanabe's and little lip spoiler. Curious I thought the GTR had the overflares on the rear does this mean it could be a GT KGC10 and not a GTR KPGC10?

L-28 and ZX Transmission swap

260z 2+2 urgent info
I've found the 2+2 is a bit more predictable when it comes to oversteer. You have to be more carefull in a 240z if you choose to let her slide a bit in the wet I've noticed .

Turbo Conversion .. '78 280Z.. N47 stock block and head.... building a list
Can you use the Z31 ECU?

260z 2+2 urgent info
Yes definately in the 280z 2+2 the only real difference between the 280z and the 260z was the bigger bumpers and FI however since all you need is to confirm a L28 FI came out in the s30 series you are fine.

Oil Pumps
I don't have an direct answer but at a guess I'd say it relates to how much they can pump. The L28 Turbo is the best pump for a Z and I'd say although I have to check that the cast number would be different again. Maybe someone else will know for sure?

Placing a bet on the coil at this stage! Especially if it's the original.

Watanabe 7.5J Type-A restored
These are great Alfa they look superb timeless wheels when do they go on the car? I get my ld28 crank soon so I won't be buying Wat's for a little I take it these will work on a Z? Are these 14" or 15" I really need 16" for the 300zx brakes I would like to run.

260z 2+2 urgent info
Rohan i've never heard of an injected L26 in an S30 chassis i think your best bet would be to check for information in Japan regarding this as Mr C was saying they were injected but not on the L26 block. There was a 280z 2+2 with injection in the USA and some parts of Europe I believe but not in Australia.

Ol Yeller Overhead Shot
Is this a Nissan restore job? if so I thought they were only doing the early Zed's like 69-70 mdls. It appears yours would be later like 72 without the rear hatch vents???

Kinglake National Park
Ok from the top: Sean(Light Blue), Roger(Dark Blue),Evan(Green),Len(BRE style Z),Me(in red), Andrew(Orange), Sulio(Other red). Still had a turn out of 10 or so cars Dale had fuel pump problems early in the day. But at least it wasn't the same 10 cars each time, hoping to try and break past 15 cars at the 1 meeting point that would be awesome.
