I think it's a hard one because I see both sides of the coin. On 1 hand why bother recreating the box when someone has gone to the effort to do it themselves. On the other hand if not about money then maybe its about the DIY factor sometimes we derive satisfaction from creating something like this. I know MSA was selling a speaker box for Z's and was asking $300US that was just too much money for me. I can admit there box is probably a better job than mine but at the same time mine cost me $40 in products to build. Not to mention i found out later that a friend of mine imported one and he paid close to $1000 AUD after shipping and import tax  . In the case of a Glove box I think ABAS did a good thing and perhaps he could provide Mr C with the same diagram that he gave MikeW if MikeW has the time to build these and do them how he see's as a proper job then by all means good luck to him and if not for the fact that my Glovebox was in perfect order I would be buying off him myself just to save the time involved. Anyway not sure if i made a point or just added 2c of nothing to the convo. :cheeky:

  6. To answer your query as to if they are any good etc.. They are a emission restricted head with small circular ports, and I imagine the chamber design to be low quench. I don't think they are particularly great in terms of performance. Even if the valve cover looks cool. :cheeky: Gav (Trying to be Alan T # 2)
  7. I think this is the NAPS-Z Head found in an early 80's passenger car. It uses an L series bottom end. NAPS stands for Nissan Anit Pollution System or something. Look it up in our forums you should be able to find it. Just found a pic is this it?
  8. I vote keep her Yellow as inside the car like floors etc will always be yellow. I think Yellow is a cool color and I thought you guys all own Z's to feel 18 again anyway. It's a great color really stands out day and night good way to get noticed. I like red and yellow as my first two preferences on a Z then blue and white. Green is a bit further back. Gav
