question regarding tripple weber carbs
I dunno i see what the dilemna is but I think once you bid you've said I'm willing to buy just because you haven't researched what you need isn't the sellers fault. Maybe you guys can reach a compromise but I just think it's a little unfair possibly the seller might be able to sell them to the second highest bidder if you write him a nice email. To answer your question though you should get 48's for the stroker. Not meaning to offend btw

Sagamiko meeting 2004
Haha you guys are funny. To be honest thinking about it I know exactly where your coming from I see both sides of the coin. Yes I agree it would be better to do it to a non PS30 car especially since they are so rare. Infact you'd be better off with an L28 stroked to 3.1ltr and Alan I don't even like an RB in a normal Z S30, HS30 or dare I say HLS30 haha just playing but seriously I prefer a well worked L28 just goes with the period so yeah I guess i see what your saying even if the S20 valve cover looked pretty schmick chromed. I find it hard sometimes owning an old car one side of me says modify and improve the other says keep original and neat. I guess that's why I need 2 Z's

Rear end.. could someone help?
500HP is heaps in a 240z you'll break 11's or 10's with that I'd say. In terms of grip it's relative to your tyres and how good they are how wide they are. I'm not an expert when it comes to these power numbers personally it's a bit of overkill for me but then again you can never have enough power. I'd say 3.9 would be ok wouldn't wanna go 4.1. Will also depend on gearbox ratio's i know nothing on the borg warner 6 speed. There is a guy Stony on here i think his name is with an Rb26 he's running 11's i think he might be the guy to talk to. Sagamiko meeting 2004
Thanks heaps Alan I really enjoyed all of the pictures as you can see it was hard for me to resist and comment on cars . I love the 432's with the overfenders I know you think it's Blasphemy but I have fallen in love with the look myself as I think Zheadv8 has am i right? I am still wondering how the same look would go down in red it would be good to be slightly different but just as effective . Hope there are some more photos to come did you get many interior shots?

California OVS Program--help save a 280Z...
I think this idea is Ludacris I saw an annoucement on Hybridz a while ago about a Bill being passed. I think it was Arnie's idea see how it bites you in the butt . just playing with you guys but seriously older cars shouldn't make up as much as the population and therefore only contribute a small amount of green house gas. They should be targeting other areas that's for sure.

E31
Oh really I would have thought they changed it to internally but then again if the cam was designed for an E31 would make sense less stuffing about and most agree it makes no difference. I just prefer internally as a matter of opinion in my head it seems to work better but hey that's just me. Yes the N42 would have the holes as you say.

Wall Street Car Article - Barracuda Price!
I think the price of that car is absurd to be honest. Like anything though it's what the market thinks. Honestly unless I'm a multi millionaire i'll stick with replica's built to similar to better specs. For example I'd rather own a copy of a KPGC10 than the real thing with my budget because i would enjoy it more. However if i had unlimited money that would be a different story real deal hands down. Personally I still don't know what the big deal over a CUDA is anyone wanna enlighten me???

My friend liked them and we'd seen 1 or 2 clean ones on the road's but not many, alot of rough ones that's for sure. They have definately grown on me the GTR version is the only one I'd ever own or a replica

Gav240z commented on HS30-H's comment on a gallery image in 04 Sagamiko meeting - Club S30 & S30 Owners Club of Japancan't say that till you've seen it in person Bill very different perspective I had after that. It really adds that extra exotic touch to the Z makes it looks like it's a mean fast machine not that it doesn't stock but the Gnose has that racing feel from a 70's period that's for sure.

I must say I love the S20 in it looks even better than an L28 well almost . It can always be reversed
