  1. We look forward to hearing from you and please post some pictures!
  2. As long as the Klassic Fab product is at least as thick as, or even a little thicker than the 240Z's stock metal and has a more accurate stamping and better fit, I would prefer it over the other products available out there.
  3. Madkaw, Just curious, have you received floor pans, seat rails and frame rails you ordered from Klassic Fab yet? Steve
  4. Now the asking price has actually fallen to $800.00 and the seller wants cash and carry. Any members in the Tucson or Phoenix area? If so, someone hurry up and buy this solid Z!
  5. Not sure why it was deleted last night, but it's back, this time for only $800.00 and the seller also added a few more pictures. https://tucson.craigslist.org/pts/d/tucson-datsun-parts-car/7089896771.html
  6. I just checked and the car is still available for only $1,000.00. https://tucson.craigslist.org/pts/d/tucson-datsun-parts-car/7083772784.html "Can’t put it back together or use it to replace parts off a rusted out Z. Already been asked a few times for the roof and tail section, I will not sell car in pieces if you want it buy it and cut it up yourself." Heaven forbid that someone would cut this solid 240Z into pieces!
  7. This car keeps getting less every day - it's now down to only $1,000.00! https://tucson.craigslist.org/pts/d/tucson-datsun-parts-car/7083772784.html
  8. There's been a number of pictures posted of Datsuns being unloaded off a ship and parked at a U.S. Port. This is a picture of 1972 model year 240Zs and 510s being loaded on a ship in Japan.
  9. The https://kfvintagejdm.com/ website is brand new and is a different site than the older VW site and it sounds like they are definitely having some issues. Good to hear that they stepped up and covered half of Madkaw's shipping costs due to the inconvenience. I look forward to hearing if the parts are good as they look.
  10. Looks like the seller has dropped the price to $1,500.00.....Only in Arizona! https://tucson.craigslist.org/pts/d/tucson-datsun-parts-car/7083772784.html
  11. Just because he has a checkered past, doesn't mean that Klassic Fab's products are bad. He just happened to purchase the product for a 240Z restoration. I'm not here to defend the 240Z Guild, but it's not fair to dismiss a good product, one that looks to be head and shoulders above anything else that's out there when it comes to floor pans, rockers and frame rails.
  12. zspert, Please fill us in on the 240Z Guild - why don't you trust them?
  13. Ron, The improvements that you have made to your website look great! You have done the quartz conversion/refurbishment for 3 of my 240Zs over the years and I have never had an issue with any of the clocks, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend Ron's services! Steve
  14. Hi Richard, Looks like Lester008 contacted you first about the Series I steering wheel. Please let me know if it doesn't work out. Thanks, Steve
  15. I agree with you, Mark. The people in Arizona don't know how good they have it with their low-rust or rust-free classic cars. Can't beat the price at only $1,700.00!
  16. Found this '73 240Z on the Tucson Craigslist. The car has a 260Z engine with round-tops. Needs front fenders, hood, fuel tank, bumpers, and tail lights. Seller claims that the suspension is all intact and rolls freely. Seller will include a 4-speed. Has a title. A lot of stuff missing, but appears to be a solid Arizona car for only $1,700.00. 17. 240260280, Kats and Terrapin Z, Thank you taking the time to post the pictures. After looking over all of the pictures, the D hubcaps that I'm considering look like an updated set of reproduction hubcaps to me. I am looking for an authentic set and this seller hasn't been very forthcoming when I asked him questions. He also has been difficult to work with when I ask him for additional pictures. My gut tells me to back off.
  18. Here's what the 240z Guild had to say about Klassic Fab's new floor pans, frame rails and rocker panels: "We received a set of Klassic Fabrications 240z complete floor, frame rails, and inner and outer rocker kits to take a look at, and all that can be said is, They Look Fabulous. It is about time there is a full kit that is shaped correctly for the trans tunnel, along with the front and back toe board uprights that are also normally bad if you are already in the position to needing floor replacement. The seat mount brackets are awesome, and the replacement frame rails appear to be direct copies for an easier replacement that doesn’t have that frame rail step down size reduction issue that screams aftermarket repair. For any of you that have been following The 240z Guild, you will already know that we have only been dealing in Original Floor Cars since we started, and those cars are few and far between, so these correct copy parts is the Game Changer for any future high point restoration project."
  19. It was like pulling teeth to get the seller to send me these last 3 pictures that are just a little more closer up. I don't see the "IKI Made In Japan" stamped anywhere that Terrapin Z mentioned. The seller also told me that the set of 4 are original. What do you think of these last 3 pictures?
  20. I agree. It would also be nice if KlassicFab made the rear inside hatch panel. I hear that Tabco's doesn't fit very well and doesn't look stock.
  21. Hi Kats, Sorry to hear about he flat tyre. Yes, 40 year old tyres can certainly be risky to drive on, I'm kind of surprised that only one tyre went flat! I asked the seller of the D caps to send me a couple of overhead pictures of the backsides and I have attached. Do these look correct to you? Thanks, Steve
  22. Yes, I checked out the website and didn't see the frame rails either. Looks like they can be contacted at 561-747-4800 or sales@klassicfab.com
