Driving Light Mounts ~ Safari style
That’s a tricky one, Mike. As far as I can find, No! But to be absolutely clear about that we have to ask Alan for that…… but on the other hand do you mind if it the final answer was NO????

Driving Light Mounts ~ Safari style
You’re absolutely right, there were cars who had indicators beside the over rider. Nissan began to use this in 1973. They got mixed up with two different ways of placing the indicators. Sometimes the front corners didn’t have the hole for the indicator. The law had sometime to tell as well, because in Europe indicators had to be placed beside or on top of the over riders/ bumper (is this a rule in australia?). Personally I don’t like it. But if it shoots you Go for it!!

Driving Light Mounts ~ Safari style
Hi Mike, Nice to see you at work again. I measured my ‘dropping’ and it is 100mm!! Measured from the top of the ‘hook’ bracking. But I think we both right as you say it is 50mm between the bumpers As a ‘replica’ I had to make this the same as the original. As you can see on the original (picture) the lower bumper part ‘centre’ is at the same line as the bottom of you turn lights. Hopefully this helps…..

breakdown rear end
It was the inner U-joint (beside the diff) that gave up. We left him in good hands but after a day he followed our trail in an Audi A3.

A meeting for classic Japanese cars?
http://www.japanclassicdays.com/ Indeed. After the great succes of the meeting in 2003, the second edition takes place the 26th and 27th of June 2004, in collaboration with the AMBASSADY OF JAPAN in Luxembourg. The owners of those great cars do already know that japanese cars don't have to hide themselves behind the european or american models. Now we have again the possibility to show to the public how beautiful and special japanese cars can be. First of all, this meeting gives us the opportunity to meet people from all over Europe who share the same interest: collecting driving and classic japanese cars. The meeting takes place right in the heart of Europe in a small village, Pettingen, in the centre of Luxembourg. What is a "classic" Japanese car as we see it? It's easy, the car should be: - older than 20 years (built in or before 1983) or the same type than a car that already existed in or before 1983 - or a modern japanese classic car (for example: Nissan 350 Z,300 ZX, Honda NSX, S2000, Mazda RX-7, RX-8; Toyota MR, Supra,...) The meeting lasts for two days. It starts on Saturday morning and ends on Sunday early in the afternoon. The meeting will offer you: - a ride across the beautiful countryside - the possibility to buy or sell cars and parts - good food and drink - different prices - eventually a japanese art exhibition - different animations and presentations - and much more Program: Saturday, the 26th of June: until 11:00 am: Arrival in Pettingen, arrangement of the cars 11:30 am: Welcome speech of the President from 12:00 pm to 14:00 pm: Lunch from 14:00 am to 18:00 pm: Presentation of the cars and Concours d'élégance 18:45 pm: Speech of the president and presentation of prizes after 19:30 pm: Dinner (menu) followed by 70s and 80s music Sunday, the 27th of June: until 10:00 am: Arrival in Pettingen 10:00 am: Explanations for a ride across the countryside 10:15 am: Start of the ride after 13:00: Lunch in Pettingen and free time Overnight accommodations: Hôtel-Restaurant Val Fleuri; 28, rue Lohr, L-7545 Mersch, Tel:00352/3298910; Fax:00352/326109 e-mail: <mailto:kops@pt.lu> kops@pt.lu; <http://www.hostellerie.lu> www.hostellerie.lu Special price for the meeting, inclusive garage, ca. 4 km to the meeting!

The next LSM? The 2004 is on its way right now, so that means 2008 perhaps??? And indeed there are a few people who can keep a Z on the road even in the Targa T for several years. But I did see a few pictures of a Z hanging between the trees!!! see victory lane 2004

Actually no. We drove through as it was not ‘interesting’ enough for us. Perhaps my fellow drivers made some more, we have to wait.
