Just looking for info on two subjects. 1. Anyone know what australian companies make old school rims that would suit a 260z? Something like the 10 inch wide back wheels is what i mean. Not too low profile. 2. I'm looking for somewhere that fixes dashboards at a good price. Preferably in Townsville, but anywhere in QLD is good. Also an idea on the prices i'd be looking at would be sweet. Any help would be much appreciated :nervous:

I bought the mag today. My opinion is that the mags look homo, but that's not permanent anyhow. With the rest of it though. I am currently buying a 260z which is basically a bucket of rust. Only whole thing left on it is the chassis and the windows. I know that my engine bay will be much like his as i want an rb25det, although i'll keep the stock dash. I'll be getting mags, but ones that suit it. I am also thinking of getting flares. And quite seriously, if someone tries to tell me what is or isn't right for my car, i'll tell them to suck it. The point is it's his car, if that's how he likes it, good on him. At least he put the money into making it that way and keeping it good. Although i agree that car is a bad mix, you can't knock the fact it's his car, so his choice. And like everyone else said, better like that then destroyed.

Yeah so does anyone know about the carpet kit? Cause i'm interested too cause my Z i'm fixing is stripped and the carpet is gone. Also anyone know approx how much it would cost to get the whole lot done by an apholsterer?

Been talknig to warren a bit lately, he told me his is the fastest or something. And you, i think that 450hp is about right for his 240z

Top Gear in townsville i think can source 280z kits. He says he's the biggest body kit dealer in australia, he knows his stuff. Word it that his 240z is the fastest Z in oz. Pretty sure that's the truth too cause i don't just hear it from him. Warren is the guy who owns the 240z and runs the shop. Hey everyone, i'm new here. Hope We all get along :classic: Can anyone recommend a place for all 260z parts in Townsville, or nearby, or brisbane? In particular i'll need a manual pedal box, and some dash gauges. Also maybe a stock rear bumper. -Thanks
