  1. if you go to autozone or another similar place you can buy fusible link wire. it's different than regular wire because it will "blow" like a fuse oh, and no problem
  2. IIRC on the passenger side front fenderwell.
  3. could it be a fusible link? i'm not too keen on the 280Zs or whether the fusible links have any connection with the headlights, but that's the only thing i can think of.

welcome (albeit a bit late )! anyway, ghlad to see that the rust was only surface rust. i hate FeO2! do you plan on stripping to bare metal or are you going to be using POR-15 products, etc?
  5. ^agreed with carl. take the brakes apart, put some of that red disc brake anti-squeal compuund all over the backs of the pads, and reassemble

an exhaust leak will make a sort of "clicking" sound. you don't HAVE to take off the intake manifold, but it's a heck of a lot easier to take it off. besides a new header/exhaust manifold, you will need a gasket.

the bearings are available from autozone for ~25 each (if you only need to replace a couple)
  19. e_racer1999 replied to SER240Z's post in a topic in Help Me !!

  22. ya, i tried that. apparently the red bushings don't soften anywho, a bit of trimming and some good ol' grease got 'em to slide right in
  23. ended up just keeping the energy suspension setup. trimming went MUCh quicker with a dremel
