  7. welcome to the site! you found one of the best z-car resources available! any questions you have ask and they shall be answered! also, the search tool at the top works quite well for plenty of answers, as most problems have been encountered before. anyway, welcome to the site and make yourself at home!

for some reason that looks different than what i have in my car...
  9. my thoughts on this car: i personally don't think this car is a professional racer. i think it's somebody paying homage to great racers in the body style. max, i think you were actually pretty close with the idea you mentioned earlier, and i'm surprised nobody else has chimed in on it. to me, it very much DOES look like somebody took fibreglass fenders and built around them. that would also explain the spacing between the headlight and the hood area.
  10. looks to be a VERY good base for a great car! kudos! and welcome, of course..
  11. welcome back! haven't been here as long as you, but HELLO!

definitely. unless you want the joy of rebuilding a classic sports car, buying one that has already been restored will save you countless hours, blood, sweat and money! but i have to admit, i doubt i would go that route.... rebuilding FTW!

very..... interesting. but i'd be more concerned with the 4-cyl and the live rear axle (sounds an awful lot like the 510 wagon....)
