as stupid as i feel for asking this... any chance of getting a pair of the fender mirrors though nissan in australia? mine is a 1/76 260z and its mirrors are different to those on a 240z and on that 260z 2+2, as far as i know and can tell they are original - only the base is chrome, the rest is black and there is only the one on the drivers side

rota grids, they are a volk te37 copy, he's using an adaptor to get it to 4 X 100 and the required offset (i asked PeterW64 when i first saw the pics, not sure of the exact details though), on hybrids there's a thread about a group buy of these with the correct offset, here , they look even better...

if you're talking about what i think you are then i'm pretty sure its anodized...like what www.sr240z.com has? the other thing that might look nice on some colour cars is black chrome...

if they are just gt-t seats i've called up a wreckers before and they said when they have them they sell them for around $800, r32 gtr seats are closer to a grand....did u see those sweet ferrari 355 seats the other week? man i wanted them, but went for $1500, which i'm sure they are worth in comparison to some recaros for that price, but didnt want to spend that much. i'm interested in the complexity of installing wrx seats as have found just the drivers side one for under $200, but without rails and i'm wondering if they are needed or if the zed ones are used, i can't find anything about the swap here on on hybridz

nah i havn't done buisness with them, hence why i'm wondering how much shipping to australia would be, i just happened to come across them and remembered this thread. blue with halo ring i have no idea on the price of shipping (as i'm in australia) but i'm thinking of maybe getting some of the projector ones so if i ever get a HID conversion it looks real sweet

i've got a hp ipaq rx3715 and use it with a 1gb sd card for music, movies and ofcourse simpsons, i just have it plugged in to my headunit via a 3.5mm lead, anyway it works well, i normally have it sitting ontop of the ash tray and was going to get a holder from a navman (or similar in car pda device that comes with them) but haven't bought a reciever For about a month i had an asus a730w which is a really cool pda as it runs vga resolution (640X480) on its 3.5inch screen AND the main advantage being it can run usb hard discs, except they have to be powered from a hub or have a battery like an ipod does, so mayb look into one that can do usb hosting as it makes the device alot better for using for entertainment in the car, although depending on the brand of the disc and the casing it in can make it rather slow, i've played around with quite a few different ones and got it working well but ended up selling the pda because its battery life wasn't anywhere near good enough for what i was using it for mainly now i'm thinking about and looking into doing an in car computer, and as i have a 260z dash the bit under the dials is a square so would fit a screen quite nicely, my only question is would it be possible to relocate the heater controls to in the glovebox or somewhere else easily? have a read at mp3car.com because its quite interesting and a guy there has his computer set up with servos to control the air con but i think thats getting a bit excitable

i think it depends on the colour interior and stuff like that...i was thinking of doing them in my car over the next holidays as the car is kinda lacking a light colour up the front of zed with a cream interior but then i wasn't sure what colour leds to do as a brighter green makes sense (since my car is green) but i'm not a fan and then theres the reasons of it being to bright and uneven where as black kinda hides that. i dont think the stock ones are bright enough at times (well most of the time). if i had a silver car i'd go with orange like all the euro cars, red sounds like it would look pretty cool in a red car and if you get the white strip on the side of your car i say do it but yeah i'd do it to a spare set, and you have to design/make the faces yourself, no stealing someone elses

you might want to have a look at www.toymods.org.au, i've been looking on there a bit lately to get an idea of rims and prices as sprinters have the same sorta stud pattern and offset from what i know anyway...
