FOR SALE: 1998 Yamaha YZF 600R -2nd owner -9k miles, purchased with 2600miles on the odometer -dunlop d207 tires with at least 75% tread -yoshimura rs3 exhaust -factory 10 jet kit -lockhart philips tank bra, front flush amber signals, smoked screen -3/4" gen-mar bar risers It was dropped a few times, twice by me, once by previous owner - all standing still. there's a small crack 1"-1.5" long on left fairing, barely noticeable. Some scratches on the fairings on both sides, and engine case covers. Bike is very mechanically sound, I just flushed the brake fluid and bled new fluid in, changed the oil and put in a K&N oil filter (woopie). Chain lubed every 300miles, cleaned and degreased with kerosene every 1000. Also have frame sliders I haven't installed, disk lock, stock exhaust and stock windscreen. Asking $4,200. No test rides, as the bike has liability only and crashes would result in me losing bike/money. I also have gear to go with it, all in good shape - never went down. Gear is as follows: -arai quantum/f haga 3 replica helmet (bought new for $450) with spare tinted screen and helmet wind blocker for winter. Medium size -HJC Sport Carbon jacket (bought new for 370). Added extra shoulder and elbow plastic hard pads for safety. Size 44 -Tourmaster Cordura all weather riding pants ($180 new). Size 34-36 medium -Teknik carbon-kevlar riding gloves ($100 new). Size large -Alpine Stars GV1 (i think) winter gloves, weather proof. ($60 new). Size large -Alpine Stars Bullet Boots. ($130 new) Size 45 (11 US). Hey all, check out www.zfest.org and preregister for the show (and get your tshirt with it) Zs by the Bay that's happening on august 4th at Ohlone College in Fremont. We're expecting quite a big turn out, about 1/2 of the parking lot has been leased. All datsuns welcome, hybrids, classics, roadsters, 510s, 240-300zx twin turbos, etc.

-addition: 2 starters and an alternator - condition unknown, they seem to be in decent shape. come on guys, someone must want these items, or I'll wind up tossing them away! springs and sway bar are gone, user from this board picked them up last weekend.

all the items came off a stock 73 240z - free front stock sway bar, no mounts. -free fan with clutch, one pieced together to fit a 240z radiator spacing from 280z clutch and 300zx fan, other fan off a volvo, does not fit L-series waterpump -free set of 4 stock datsun springs. I think they're rated around 110 lbs/in? -pair of front stock sumitomo 240z calipers. pads seem to be ok, calipers worked when they came off the car. also a pair of front stock Z rotors. doesn't look like they've been turned, just covered in thin surface rust, but worked fine when removed. make me an offer for the combo -r180 rear diff with r180 mustache bar - no halfshafts. was removed from a running car and replaced with an r200, make me an offer. i'm in fremont, california, for local pick up only, please. If no one picks these up, most of them will go in the trash as I can't use them for spare parts. I'll see if I can get pictures later. email me at aux@highrpm.org
