yes they are chromed and yes they are spectacular.

i was always content with my orignal seats, untill...... the day i got a ride in charles juckett's skyline. the skyline seats are far away superior and allow you to stay "in house" with the product line. i look forward to a set for my car as they are for many reasons the best choice in my book. good luck. btw i paid $1000.00 for two toned leather/vinyl, rewebbed and new foam with shift boot, e brake boot and sunshades "to boot". he also coverd my door handles and arm rests. your guy might be worth $600.00 but he better be good. i hope he's worth it. cd

every man who ever did anything of signifigance will have his critics. this site is full of zcar purist who love the vintage z as you do. but remember they love their car the most and anything else will be second. so build your dreamarri and make yourself proud. if you want good advice, spend time searching the archives and then ask specific questions. so far it sounds as if you need a rolling chasis, seats and a dash from a 240. if you want all else new then an rb series motor will give you that, and the rest is cosmetic. good luck, i hope you have as much time as you do money. btw i once did some business with renntech in palm beach fl and if you ever wanted to put your high performance benzes into the " i don't belive that " category. then they are the ones to hire. good luck, i'll be happy to tell you what i know. cdavid

rick, you are correct in your idea of my car originally allocated to california. she lived there for 22 years before her second owner relocated to fort lauderdale. i bought her in feb of 2002 4 hours after she was first advertised and now live in tampa. cheers, cd
