  1. I am interested in: '69 - '70 240Z hand throttle cable Let me know the price and shipping to business address in Plano, Texas 75093. Thanks, Keith

  3. For those of you who are familiar with the Series 1 ball joint have discovered that in 7/70 Nissan changed the size of the ball joint from a 11mm thread to a 14mm thread. Since the 11mm thread is has not been available from Nissan for at least 20 years, this change requires the Series 1 owner to replace the steering knuckles to accommodate the 14mm size. Naturally, this change affects the originality of a restoration project. I have been approached by an aftermarket vendor who has approximately 16 NOS of the 11mm thread ball joints in a warehouse. He is interested in selling as one lot for $75.00 per unit. (Comparable aftermarket price of the 14mm thread is approximately $40-$45 per unit.) Now comes the question; should I buy the old stock and offer them for sale at a price of $95.00? (I do currently have 4 old stock that I purchased years ago for my personal use.) What are your thoughts? I do not want to become a vendor of old parts, nor do I want to gouge someone when it comes time to sell them. Life is too short to leave someone with the impression that they have been ripped-off! Thanks, Keith
  4. I have a few new 11mm ball joints in my spare parts box. (They are not Datsun/Nissan but rather oem replacements.) How many do you need? Keith
  5. I am looking for a 1970-6/72 core for a rebuild. If anyone has an old one that they are going to throw away, I will pay for the shiiping to get it to me. Thanks, Keith
  6. Here is a source: http://www.priorreman.com Keith
  7. I assume it has a clear title (the owner used to be a car dealer). I need the radiator, master brake vacuum, weather stripping (NOS in box), carpets (NOS in box), and some rubber trim. I have no interest in the red seats or interior trim. Keith
  8. Sorry for the confusion, the engine and trans are with the Z, but they are not installed.
  9. I have located a 1972 240Z that has extensive rust. For what it is worth, the owner says the car ran fine before he pulled the engine/trans. The rust is so extensive that it is not worth putting back together. The red interior seems in good shape as well as the glass. (There are a few parts I would like, but do not have the room to disassemble the car.) Does anyone in the Dallas area have an interest in parting it out and selling the parts? Currently, the seller wants $900, and I have not discussed the real value of the 240Z in its current condition. Let me know. Keith
  10. I've been a member for 17 years, nice group of people.
