  1. I also have a neon yellow (blue overspray 72). Just 4,000km away: https://www.google.ca/maps/dir/Nova+Scotia/United+Kingdom/@50.0300188,-33.590142,4z/data=!4m7!4m6!1m2!1m1!1s0x4b591298de18cf45:0x102581ef8cf0940!1m2!1m1!1s0x25a3b1142c791a9:0xc4f8a0433288257a
  2. I have VIN 249. Open to outrageous offers. I am located at a sea port so shipping should be easy.
  3. 5 or 6 cars from Eastern Canada will be there. Not sure what J and I will ride into town in.... maybe 249? Looking forward to seeing good friends!

Ad Block is the only way to sanely see the internet ad platform. The content on this site (one of the few good sites lift that has not sold out) has disappeared with adblock on. Most sites are now made for viewing with a phone so that the content looks like it is for visually appeared if you view it with any device with a screen bigger than 4 inches. Also when you go to one site you actually go to ~ 10 sites with all of the ad/cookie bonanza grabbing your connection first. The internet is dead. So long folks.
  5. Mine stopped working on my garage door. Fortunately it stopped in the open position. I bought a Schlage with no fancy junk to replace it. After doing some net research the Weisers are insecure and are prone to failing like mine did. My recommendation is to avoid Weiser. Here is what they look like and the re-key tool in action.
  6. BTW is Denver Bumper Works still in business? No answer on phone.
  7. I'll be in Broomfield next week. I should be free in the evenings for coffee/diner and chat if anyone wants to meet. May even be able to turn wrenches.

Smaller ITM pistons for a 240z were used in this beauty: They work great.

Get one in 112 paint code (neon yellow/green) The eye is most sensitive to this colour. A 280z 2+2 has more metal as mentioned above and huge bumpers. A 280z 2+2 has a huge brake booster. Get the best wet weather tires. Upgrade lighting to make all brighter. Install very bright centre brake light. Install new seat belts. Get new pads, rotors, shoes, drums, master and booster. Drive with the seat as far back as possible. Install a high ratio differential to give you more snap at low speed to get out of trouble and reduce stalling. Also consider a 280zx 2+2.

Small quick cars can avoid accidents. However they are also difficult for others to see,,,, it is especially worse with the fools and their phones these days. You need 2 cars... a daily driver and a Z for fair weather driving.

Rear wheel drive, manual transmission and torque are difficult for a new driver. Get a Civic 5 speed to learn on and after a couple of years (and probably a low speed fender bender), get a nice sports car: A 240z coupe. 4 pieces of advice for a new driver: 1. Try to back up as little as possible (plan your path) 2. Always do a shoulder check when changing lanes. 3. Use your turn indicators and put them on long before you brake or turn.... let people know your intentions. 4. Throw your phone in the glove box or back seat... don't use it when driving.

  18. Hmm if they are too high the buyer may opt for used triple webers and manifold ~ $1K If in excellent condition I agree. There must be a window below $1600 (3 X $400 + 1 X$400 for 3 new DCOE40's and an intake)
  19. Finally got over to my buddy's Datsun Camper (the one with the real flames on the sides). Fixed a leaky Hitachi down-draft carb leak and started it up since changing the clutch. Came alive on first crank! ITS A DATSUN
  20. Check 7:07 and 7:18 you can see the yellow marks being applied. And the marker in a belt holder at 8:05
  21. A garret would shoot to the moon. I'm going for a red lion poop pusher.
  22. Charles you are genius! That is the best method I have ever read! So clever and efficient!
  23. went for a drive in Blue 77 today,,, towed by a tractor to get it out of the way for a sewage basin.... fun house upgrades..
