    You can cut a new one from thick rubber and glue it on the rod. Take a look at rubber door mats and door stoppers/bumpers if there is no supplier of rubber stock sheeting in your area.

    Welcome to the club! A good friend is heading to Phoenix in a week. If you spy any early Z's that you pass on please let me know. He may pick one up.
  8. Maybe grinding material from another wheel with an epoxy of some sort. Dr. 240z used a 2 part clear epoxy that is used on bar tables (looks like a layer of glass) to finish his wheel.

  10. It's in the fsm so it can't be that bad. I also gobbed lots of grease on the top to hold back any oil and to prevent corrosion.

  18. Did any of the domestic sedans in Japan have PS in 69-78? I think some of the s30's front suspension is from a previous sedan.

  23. On the timing, you are where I tuned a 240z with triples. Good to have convergence. btw Lazeum is spot on when it comes to webers and timing. Read his achived of posts.
