I have two. Reasonable offer and they are yours. Part # 20623 U5200
  3. I'll buy a set when ready. Will you consider making surrounds for Gnose after you get some sales? As in a previous post, there is a clear lens supplier for the Gnose... your surrounds would work nicely.
  4. I had the same pin problem with a set. I had to file the pin. I recall the place of manufacture being India.
  5. Avoid K&N oil filters. I just tried one for the first time on my Ridgeline. They are too difficult to remove: 1. The fake 1" bolt head on the bottom is not deep enough for a socket or wrench. This coupled with the thick paint make it useless. 2. The shape of the body does not fit the standard oil filter socket that I use on all of my other Toyota and Honda oil filters. The Purolator, Napa, and Mobil 1 filters work great. I had to use the old strap tool to remove... and I had put the thing on hand tight.

Correct. Having dissected and AAR and looking at the heating element and oily goo along with the flame arrestor, there is some risk to be noted... but not enough to warrant a TSB

Thanks Jim² ! Shame about the mods to a classic though. It would be cool to have them side-by-side some time for a photo.
  9. Does anyone know where the part numbers/boiler plate type ID is located on a stock coil and starter for 1970 240z? I can only see Hitachi stamp cast into some starters. Thanks

Rob parts from a late 280zx. They implemented the hose routing better. It has brackets and solid pieces: The 1 piece fuel rail is a beauty! And safer!

Oil laden air from the valve cover got sucked through the AAR and gummed it up. The hot bimetal element and an electrical short may have also presented a fire hazard if not fires. Note that the original hose from the VC to the AAR has a wire brush-thingy stuck in it (Flame Arrestor). Have a look!
  16. Cool Name for a place in the USA... should be in Canada http://appleton.craigslist.org/pts/5751068227.html
  17. I just tried tuning Vin 249 as is. Even with the jets screwed all the way up and needle shoulders down to meet, it was 13.7"1 A/F at idle. The needles were stock N27. The nozzles looked bigger than norm so I swapped out and it ran better. Still rich at idle and lean at higher rpms. I think fine tuning needles is needed in some cases.
