Hey, I'm good for any kinda event - Any of you in CTZCC? We try to get some events here and there... You'll have to talk to Ross about getting something going later this year or when ever.

Hey all, I'm trying to get together a little Z meet of sorts up here in CT... The plan basically consists of a meet-up at Lime Rock for the ALMS race July 1. I am also trying to get a caravan out to the track together, if you are anywhere near the Avon area at any point of the trip. If you are interested in participating, drop an email to Z06C5R@aol.com for more info. Thanks!
  3. I'm exploring my options for welding up a custom exhaust, and I think I want to do something like this: Of course, I'm gona be using this on a primarily street setup, so I'd have to have some kinda muffler. A traditional mufler won't fit in there, so I'd have to run glasspack ONLY. I've heard contradicting stories on how this sounds, so maby someone here can clear it up...
  4. I was thinking of getting these end links from MSA: Quick Links Has anyone ever used these, or at least heard anything about them?
  5. Hey all, I posted this over at Zcar a few days ago, and came here to get a second opinion as well as some numbers. It looks like I'd probably end up taking off the ridge below the valve seat, port-matching, and doing a mild polish. How dificult would this be for someonw w/ no prior porting experience, and about how much HP would this net me if I were to upgrade intake and exhaust in addition to the port?

So even if I upgraded the coil and wires to try and burn the extra fuel, it'd still be too rich? I was also thinking of putting a lighter weight oil in the dampers to lean it out a little under acceleration...

Hey all, I'm new here... I've been over at Zcar for about a year, and thought I'd start posting here too, for a second opinion. Anyhoo - I'm looking into procuring some SM needles for my '71, and I was wondering if they would be a worthwhile upgrade for my otherwise stock L24 (although I will probably upgrade my coil and plug wires at the same time)?
