    hi all . i have a 1971 240z that i have been working on for 10 years , i need someone that is really good working on old 240z in the seattle or tacoma area . all i have left to get done is fuel tank and all the hoses which i have and finish the wiring . i havent been able to find the time myself so i just need to pay someone to do it . any help would be appreciated . thanks

    I just want to learn for track purposes and to learn to be able to control my z in any situation . i want to know what my car will do and wont do . i plan on doing this in a safe open area .

    i was just wondering if anyone out there drifts thier 240z and what kind of modifications were done ? i have a 72 240z with a 5 speed 280zx tranny , duel webbers , bored out , cam, speed shifter , etc. i have done the drag strip and now im thinking of taking my baby on the track . thanks in advance for any ideas and help .

  7. Good Morning All. I Am Needing Some Help On Installing My Fuel Tank And All The Hoses On My 240z Is There Aspecial Order In Which The Hoses Have To Be Put On Including The Fill Neck ? I Have Attempted This Twice Now And Have Trouble With Space For My Hand To Reach . Any Ideas Would Be Greatly Appreciated . (i Have All New Factory Hoses And Fill Neck , The Tank Was Boild Out And Everything Is Clean )

  9. besides my 72 240z ... i have a 2001 ford f150 supercrew that i use as my daily driver . i also have a 79 f150 4x4 that i use for camping , and last but not least i have a 1965 2+2 mustang fastback that i drive every other sunday .

  11. they look like my western rims except mine are black . are they 7.5 in width? if so hang onto them .

    there is a plug adapter available through romaine part # 50-04351 that can be used so you can use your original plug on your harness but you would need to see if z specialties can get you a non one wire alt for it to work .

    just leave it unplugged . i used a wire tie to keep it looking good and out of the way .

    the plug is eliminated

    no need to change wiring or any other modifications unless you have a big stereo system that draws alot . in that case all you need to do is add a single wire 6 guage from the battery post on the alt directly going to the positive battery post .
