ok, umm, has no one everdone this swap or something,. anyone out there know anything i might need?? or what to look for

i have a 79 280zx 5 speed L28E i want to put the turbo stuff on it basically do a swap for now. i will run low boost levels i just want that extra kick in the pants,. what would yall reccomend me gitting to do this Frankenturbo?? im thinking; injectors, turbo manifold, intercooler, Turbo(duh,lmao). would i also need to look for a particular ECU or PCM?? what years to look for basic direction pointing tips would be nice,. thanks guys for your time.
