I don't remember David having anything related to a Z. It's sad to have ended a long and prosperous life that way. I do remember in the first Kill Bill he drove a dark grey Detomaso Mangusta. I guess it was something Quinton Tarrentino thought was cool and unique for the movie.

  4. I got my rebuild kits from Rebello racing. They carried parts as well as jets for the Mikuni carburettors.

  15. I recently had a friend who speaks Japanese pick up a factory original G-nose as well as the Chrome head lite covers. Also remember in order for the hood to work you need to get the special hood hinges. I got all of those from Japan. So the stuff is out there it just how much do you want to pay for it.

Mikuni does not carry parts for the PHH. I would try Rebello racing. Look up Rebelloracing.com

You can tune Webers for milage as long as you do not try to race with it. When I initially started with main jets of 115 using the F11 emulsion tubes I was getting over 23 miles per gallon. However with that setting I was getting some hesitation. I switched to 130 mains, F7 emulsion tubes, 175 air correction, 30 chokes, F9-45 idle and the car runs great on the road. If you run lean, the milage is great. However since with Webers you can't use the vacuum advance milage can suffer. You will need to increase the static advance so that the total advance is around 36 degrees.

Try Z Barn. Roger rebuilds all of the five speeds and has matching differentials as well and the necessary moustache bar kit.
