i got mine done by Too intense restoration,not cheap but good quality

nice 260,the 240 will look good when its done,being right hand drive you might be able to get some of the bits from over here in England,give me a shout if you need anything,i was out in Malaysia in February, we stayed in Borneo

i have throttle bodies on my Zed,mated to a 3.1 motor,made by Jenvy,see my gallery,engine and T/Bs just been installed

I had same problem years ago but with a different car,turned out to be my ignition coil

I have a 3.1 motor,i am running Jenvey throttle bodies,they fitted straight onto my manifold,but they cost $^!# loadsa money,the car drives perfect,no coughing,spitting or farting and it goes like $^!# off a shovel

if you want serious power and torque and throttle response then you have to do wot i have done,3.1 motor,head work,late 280zx box,and throttle bodies,serious bit of kit but drives like a normal injected motor,nearly forgot,Nismo LSD,did cost $^!# loadsa money

Sorry dont remember the car but would be good to meet up some day,we do bed and breakfast so its much cheaper than a dingy hotel and we r in the countryside yet just 5 minutes from the next village and less than 10 mins from London Stanstead airport -
Hi daddz,it is one of the last made,its registerd 1979,had it repainted in the original colour but also it has a copper flip under the paint which looks the nuts when the sun shines on it,also had a 3.1 motor built capable of around 320BHp possibly,the fuel syatem is Jenvy throttle bodies,adjustable suspension with eibach uprated springs,nismo LSD,willwood 4 pot brake callipers,its only pushing 234BHP at the moment,thinking about bringing the power up to about 250-260,ive had the car nearly 20 years it goes like $^!# off a shovel,glad u like it.if you r ever over here i will take you for blast,got some good country lanes round here

I have triple 48 dellortos 3.1 motor and loadsa power,i had my manifold ceramic coated,worked well but then decided the heat sheild looked crap so took it off,now suffers from vapour lock and have to let it cool down for about 20 minutes,also a few nore flat spots whilst driving so best keep the heat sheild,its only for a short while in my case as i am fitting throttle bodies so should run a lot better when done
