Wow, long time ago...... I found a Nabco kit and everything went right.... but, first I tried a Tokico kit, and the pedal got so hard and the brakes got so much pressure.

Thanks Julio, both places have remanufactured cylinders, if tomorrow I can´t find the repair kit intended for the nabco one, i´ll go that way and buy it online.

Brake master cylinder interchangeability
Hi guys. I´m located in Colombia, and it´s not easy to find parts for my 280ZX. I have been experiencing problems with the brake master cylinder and the repair kits i have found here. Looking everywhere I found a brand new Tokico 7/8 master cylinder that it fits right, and the seller says that is intended for the ZX, but the cylinder of my S130 is 15/16. The question is, is it posible to use the 7/8 one or not? One more thing, repair kits are universal, I mean, can be use on both Tokico and Nabco cylinders? Thanks in advance. Camilo.

Guys, anybody knows if the 300zx N/A injectors are the same of the 280Z and ZX? I´m looking for the injectors and somebody is offering me 300ZX intended ones....

L28 stock exhaust replacement. What is the power gain?
Mark (Ozconnection) is talking about an L28 from a Cedric 330, which only has a single carburettor.

I enjoyed reading the whole thread and the results are amazing, thanks Mark for the info, it gave me a lot of ideas to do on my L26 (260C), I could use a Z intended header from MSA and change the single carburettor for twin SUs and see what happens!...

Datsun 240C
I have a 230 hardtop or 260C, recently purchased. They are very rare here in my country, my goal is a Resto-Mod, original interior and exterior, and 280ZX drivetrain.

That is right, i bought it from MSA, and they called me before they ship the header just to make sure i was right on the head number.

I have ordered a couple of pieces from BD and also from MSA for the 280ZX and they are fine, the parts came fast and in good shape. But if you guys know another source of parts for the HS130 could you please let me know it?

I was borned in April 1st, 1976. 33 now and in love with the Datsuns since 1983 when my dad purchased the 260C (Cedric 230 GX) from 1973. I own a 1980 ZX since 2005 and i love it, now it´s stripped waiting for the paint. Camilo

animo con ese carro Armando y bienvenido, claro que se habla español este es un foro mundial, y aunque el idioma oficial es el inglés podemos cruzar algunas palabras en español, ánimo hay mucho trabajo por hacer!!!

power for z's
For what i read about your modifications, i had nothing to answer, you have done a lot on the car.... i was going to tell you to change the pistons for the flat ones, and increase the compression ratio, i dont know what else to say because as far as i understood you don´t want to mess whith the block ... mmm if you change the cam, have you changed the rocker arms for lighter arms?, you could increase the revs P.S. don't get us wrong, the people on this club are really nice, and patient, as you can read english is not my native language and they have the patience to answer me and try to understand what i ask, and i'm not the only one, there are a lot of people from around the world, and newbies with a whole bunch of questions..... Well, i'm paying for the whole job more or less US$ 1000... the price includes the new rails and floors, waterproofing ... could be a little less but i can't weld and have no tools and SKILLS :knockedou. Keep in mind that the labor is cheaper here.

Hi guys, after almost 3 years that i purchased my Datsun, the process has began. Today i left it at the workshop, the chassis rails and the floors will be replaced, and also the rusty parts on the body or anywhere else that we could find on the process, i will update you, and wish me luck Camilo P.S. as a bonus pics i post some of a tiny 75 Celica, that it was there too, what a nice car and in really nice condition.
