Is chassis worth saving
I would actually say yes. You can save it. You can replace the floor pans, rear valence, and rear deck lid easily. You can get all of those replacement panels very easily. The battery tray might just have surface rust, so I'd take a wire wheel to it and see what's really wrong with it. You have a solid rear deck (spare tire well etc.) and that's harder to find now a days. If you repair the rust on the chassis and POR-15 it, you should be sitting pretty. How is the actual body of the car, because if the body panels are really bad, you either have a lot of replacing to do, or you may need a new shell.

Looking very clean! Great job! What exhaust is that?

240zt
It really all depends on the motor. Even if you looked up stock specs on the motor it probably isn't pushing as much power as it did brand new, unless you rebuilt the motor. Nobody can really tell you how much power you've got on here. Your best bet is to spend the money and get it dyno tested.

The worst problem I have had with my Z is:
Rust/Body work: - Bottoms of both fenders were completely rusted out, and I didn't have the funds to buy new ones, so I had to create the bottoms out of fiberglass. - Had to replace both doors and hatch. - Had to replace rear passenger quarter panel and inner wheel well. - Had to replace part of the passenger door jam. - Had to replace the rear decklid in the hatch. - Shaved the antenna, and all of the emblems. - Had to do bondo in the same spots quite a few times. - I'm currently scraping off some skimming putty because I didn't use quite enough hardener, but it should be re-skimmed and wet sanded this evening. Its just been a long hard road, its not fixed the way I'd like it to be, but its the way it had to be done due to financial issues.

well I'm majorly bummed
Don't feel too bad man. At least yours runs. On top of that, I was skimming my car to fill all the imperfections and I didn't use enough hardener and now I have to scrape the entire drivers side and the roof and start over again, so I won't be in paint this week. Hope you get your car fixed.

Window Visors
Do you mean the louvers? They're removeable, but they leave these screws that stick up where the bottom bolts down, at least they did when my Z had one. You can get the louvers through MSA and BlackDragonAuto I believe.

Other cars you own, or drive?
Since my 240Z hasn't run in two years, and I've never driven it, I drive my mom's 1993 Mazda Protege. 30 MORE MILES UNTIL 200,000!
