it was the lower mount that concerned me as well for rear springs, in lieu 240k king springs, i wonder if 510 or 280zx rear suspension techniques springs would be sufficient? i guess we really need to know the spring rates ... kent?

interesting bacause there were a couple camp pendelton marines here back in the late '80's that had a couple of c210 coupes in the wild bosozuki style. they had japanese plates on them because they couldn't be registered in california. i always wondered what happened to them, and it may just be that one of them ended up in florida and now in nevada (which is good because they still cannot be registered legally in many parts of california without a big hassle and cost).

well, i was hoping to do a rear coilover setup similar to what is sold for a 510, but taking a look at the rear of the c110, i realized that the lower shock mount is in a precarious position. odd that the shocks are upside down as most other datsuns i've seen are the other way round. in any case, not sure what to do there except leave it alone

ok, i may be the only guy interested in this model kit, but i asked a japanese friend to translate: lady-bird car from Andromeda so it looks like it was featured in a japanese super hero show in 1974

there's now a cusco distributor in the los angeles area, so i've went ahead and bought the cusco "Piro Ball Uppermounts" made for the c110 #226-41-A i'll be assembling the struts in the near future and will post pics

so the accord rotors (what year/model?) fit without mods, but except for being vented, and the install of 4-pots, all other measurements are the same? if so, then i won't really need detail pics/measurements aren't there 2 types of hi-lux 4-pots that fit the c110/s30 strut?

on the uk forum, somebody recently posted inaccuracies from a skyline history website, but again, there's no telling where the misinformation originated

the hilux four pots are a direct bolt up, like on the s30 struts? must you use the accord rotors or is it just if you desire vented? what year/model accord? anyone have dimensions or pics of rotors?

watanabes scratch real easy, so i doubt they're powdercoated. which is good for you because it'd be a real job to remove that powdercoating to polish i've seen a few sets of f8's that were all black or gunmetal, but the paint scratches showed a machined/clear coated lip underneath

I found the cars strewn all over the place disconcerting. Maybe you could charge 2 different fees, one for show/trophies and one for regular display. Either way, all of a specific model should be clumped together, regardless if they choose to be in the show or not. Bottom line is that every Datsun present should pay something, unless they want to park completely out of the area and walk.

the problem is nardi no longer makes a datsun hub i believe the ones they sell in japan are generic fit hey, i don't see a nardi, but i do see a new school billet shift knob ...
