  1. thanks 2003z that was the track that i drove by but couldn't get any info on it. this really helps. i'll be trying to go there within the next month or so. thanks again everyone
  2. i was looking for a road course
  3. i know about road atlanta but didn't know i could race there. i'll ck it out. also the little taledega. i think i drove by there once. 2003z if u have any more info like phone number address etc... for the little talledega let me know thanks
  4. hey everyone, i'm interested in bringing my 240z to a track. i just purchased the car a few months ago and wanted to see if anyone knows where a track that i could test and maybe race my car thanks
  5. hey guys i'm steven 27 enganged and bought my first z. a 73' with an L28 and rust. i'm self employed. been a car freak since about 13. no kids. my first time with a carb car. so far it runs great. live in atlanta, ga.
  6. thanks everyone.. i had mentioned burning a quart of oil because i was planning on rebuilding the motor, either for turbo or n/a. i've decided to go turbo and FI. i've seen the carb turbos and am just not familiar with that set up.
  7. my goals, as with most people, is more power. i figured with the FI i could turbocharge the motor and achieve more power. also i have an extra intercooler, piping, turbo and a few other turbo stuff. and could make the manifold myself.
  8. when i purchased the car i had this setup in it already. the car drives good but is burning oil at the rate of about 1 or so quarts a week. i was going to rebuild the motor. i've done alot of late model turbo cars (supras, 240sx's, honda's, mitsu's, etc...) and like turbos.
  9. i have a 73 240z with an L28. would it be better to run FI if so what would i need for the conversion. thanks
  10. oh and. curtis thats a great looking car..
  11. well the reason i'm going with 17 is because when i bought my car it came with 17" wheels. the tires are 215 45 in the front and 225 45 in the rear i figured the rims were 8" wide. i like the look of the 17s and the tires are practictly brand new so that would save me money if i just bought the rims. the wheels that are on it are konigs, not sure what style though.
