Arghhhh Harada Intake Manifold
Installed a Harada manifold on my 3.1 last weekend. Car started right up and sounded excellent. Only issue is I had to drill out the vacuum plug on the manifold. Big bummer I had to remove the manifold after the car started up perfectly. Anyone know the thread type and size ? Bspt ?

Timing Chain Tool
I like the tether on that tool better than my orange and blue ones. I replaced a head gasket on my 620 last week and got the cord of the tool stock under the cylinder head. I didn’t realize it until I tried to remove the tool and reinstall cam sprocket.

Fan blades
I have two of the metal fan shrouds, when I was a kid my buddies and I would go the the ecologys in San diego. There would be at least 3 to 4 rolls of 240's back in the day.

Fan blades
Zed Head, yes I'm referring to the shroud not what I call the finger guard that's on top of radiator Thanks for the reply. After looking closer at my collection of fans I can see 2 diffrent fan clutch locations on the assortment of fans. I must have a few zx fans and a few 72-78 fans. Looks like the zx fans are closer to the radiator, situseen I think your right. Thanks for the input, hopefully between the 3 cord radiator the full fan shroud and a belly pan my stroker will not overheat in traffic. Thanks guys.

Fan blades
Hi guys, I have a 71 z with a 3.1 stroker f54 block. my radiator is a Motorsport auto 3 row copper. I want to use the stock metal fan shroud that I have. I have collected several different fans and noticed that the fan clutch attachment points are diffrent depths on the fan. My question, what year of fans set further back from the radiator. I want to buy a new fan and know that there are differences over the years. thanks for amy information . rex

Power force damper @##$$%%
I used the brake hone route also, Harbor Freight 6.99 dollars and a little filing on the key. take your time and you can get the dampner to fit. Good luck Rex

Buying a 76 620 pickup, need parts
Sounds like a good truck, I have a 620 and a 720 4x4.. Try ratsun.com as for brakes there are a few people making good quality brackets that allow disc brakes up front and in the rear. I ran with the drums for years, when I changed to passport/pre runner brakes the improvement was awesome... Good luck with your 620 Rex

found a zhawk
Found a 79 zhawk at pyp in Chula Vista today. Paint was cracking, pretty much a rust bucket. looked like a plain 79 zx with Seattle Seahawks decals. For the local S.D guys theres a 73z pretty complete one row up from the zx. Rex
