  1. Pete, Here a few pics of what i have done so far. I still havent gotten around to putting my exhaust back on yet but here are the pics of how the downpipe fits. I ran into no problems at all and the whole job includeing removing my old stuff only took around an hour or so. It fits great and i am incredibly pleased. Thanks again and you do great work. Hey guys let get some Z's on the track. October 16th at Sandia Motorsports Park. Every year about this time, we start to wonder whether or not the track will even be open next year. Well, this year is no exception. Things may change during the off-season so who knows whether or not we’ll get this sweet deal next year. Let’s take advantage of it while we can. It’s the standard deal that you probably know by now: Gates open at 8:00 (although, when I get there at 8:00 people are usually already inside changing tires!) Driver’s meeting at 8:45 First car on the track at 9:00 Bring $80 and a helmet and you’re in. Drive until you’re tired. Hope to see you there! 7. Been there several times. Call a radiator shop. They should be able to hot vat the tank then seal the inside for little money. Pete 366H.P. 418 Torque 6cyl 240Z http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2116389
  8. Tom, Yes the Dyno sheets are on the web link. Whats your thoughts on the VE for the fuel mixture? http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2116389 Thank you Pete
  9. Will, The Msa is a 2.5". I don't think you could run a 3" off the stock turbo. The bolt pattern and area where the flange needs to seal is small. I have 3" flanges in stainless for the Garrett Gt35-R. I should have a turbo header ready for sale by year end. Let me know how I can help with any questions you have. Pete
  10. Just the flanges?? Let me kinow. The Downpipe is for sale on MSA site. Soon the turbo header. http://www.zcarparts.com/store/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=15-6037-8-9&Category_Code=PTC15 Pete
  11. Z Gang, After spending many months researching different toy haulers our choice was the 2005 Fleetwood 30' triple axle 300FS GearBox trailer to haul our Z in. Our Z is lowered so a low ramp angle was very important for clearance. 16’ of clearance from the rear tailgate to the permanently mounted cabinet plenty of room for a 240. With the triple axle 240 weights is no problem. We have 14’ of living area in the GearBox even when the car is in. The back cargo area is not a waste when the car is out, lots of upper cabinets, fold down couches (2 double beds) and two motor controlled queen size beds fills the area nicely for more sleeping area if needed. Other cool things: the front sleeper is a queen size bed, the bath has a tub, the kitchen has a good size frig/stove/oven/microwave, satellite TV, built in walkie talkies, nice stereo/inside and out, plenty of outdoor lighting, two built in fuel tanks for 38 gallons of gas, outdoor BBQ/shower, built in air compressor, great heating and AC, 120 gallons fresh water and more. We took our Z to the MSA show this year and we had no problems hauling 1100 miles to get there. Fully loaded car/wheels/tools total weight 13,825Lbs. Tow vehicle 2003 Ford Excursion 6.0 v8 turbo diesel with Diablo Sport programmer, 4" mandrel exhaust, 433H.P. 658Lbs Torque, trany cooler, airbags and gauges, leather and DVD for kids. I highly recommend the 6.0 turbo diesel, weighting in @7725Lbs, and pulling our trailer (53’ total length) we can climb any mountain pass (Colorado) at the speed limit.
