How hard would it be though to get some mesh, even if it isnt exact if its close I would still be really happy. Sorry for the Hijak adz, but would it be at all possible to mention doing other items to this guy?? Kent, get onto that front splitter!!!!

I think it would be worthwhile asking if we can buy the moulds!

Maybe we should get this guy some moulds of front splitter, spoilers, grills as Phil is absolutley hopeless. I have been waiting since last march for my stuff and I ring him monthly to no success, I am out of straws. If Kent or someone has some stuff we can make moulds off it should be a serious consideration as I believe this guy would take our orders and custom much much seriously than PHil does.

To answer an earlier Question I have cut heaps of carbon before, it cuts easily when using a fine bit in a jigsaw on a really high cutting speed with low pressure (slow arm moving speed). The stuff is super itchy but it can be done easily.

I beleive looking at the pic the 16 you are reading is the Aus standard number??? They are def 15's

I believe the rear is -26mm, and the front are -6mm, I am not exactly sure as I cant find what I wrote down but pretty sure thats the ones. Th offset for the front with flares and a 215 tyre (obviosuly a little stretch, keeps with the JDM theme) is spot on. The rears are also realy good with the wheel only just being 10mm wider than the standard gaurd before cutting it out for the flare. With the flares fitted they still sit back from the flare 10mm. as a guide only last time I was quoted figures they went like this Flares: $270 a set Front lip $140 Rear spoiler $170 Grill $250 I think we should get a better price than this considering the amount he can turn out.

Hi all, I need to sell my superlites as I have to go 5 stud with the diff I am running and didnt realise this earlier. Ideally I only really need to sell the rears but I am willing to sell the fronts as well, would make an excellent chrissy present!!! Haha These are brand new have never been driven on with the rears never even having tyres fitted.These were a special oreder and I waitied 10 weeks for them as the centre colour is a custom colour. They are great looking wheel and I will be re-ordering the exact same just in 5 stud. I have trial fitted these wheels to my K and can inform you that with the wheel flares they are a perfect fit, and there is plenty of clearence on the insides to the wheel arches. I paid $300 each for the 8"s' and $355 each for the 10"s'. The front have tyres that I swapped off some other rims and they are near new, I think they have 700kms on them. Will come with centre caps also. Willing to sell the whole lot for $1200, or just the rears for $600.

I ordered a grill, front splitter, and rear spoiler in June and have rang a few times and still nothing so put me down for those items, maybe this will cause some progress???? I am in Canberra. Cheers

heres a sneak peak of the project, this is the only photo I have as I am uploading off my phone. I got this done on the weekend, this is all just mockup stuff and the mockup motor is a rb30 and I will be running a 26 so the engine will sit around 30mm lower. Will be running twins just thought for the photo this setup would look cool. Cheers

I do have some photos but i will start a thread once I have a progression from start to finish.

The flares will fit 4 door. I am mocking mine up at the moment, I have made the cut and cut out the rear doors also. There is a hell of alot more work doing a 4 door, if you want to do it right you need to re fabricate a rear dog leg=big job.

Did you have the trim pieces and door locks i mentioned in an earlier post, please let me know as I am desperate for these pieces.

So what carpet did you end up getting??? c210 carpet in a c110, and what colour post up some pics if you are able. Cheers

I spoke with Phil today, he said alot of emails he gets go straight to his trash as his spam checker is putting them there automatically, he said the best bet is to call him after 5pm before 6pm, and also he rarely seems to have phone reception. He told me honestly another run is still a perspective 2 months away as they are quite behind on some contracts. I have ordered a full set ie. boot and front spoiler, flares, grill.

you cant shave the heads on the rb series like you can an l series to gain comp, you can only deck the heads around 15thou and thats pushing it in my opinion, rb's are an interferance motor and the valve to piston clearence is quite close standard. That intercooler you mention should be fine as it is thicker than a GTR one, id work on fitting that before two as the plumbing will be a nightmare.

Hey there, ineed the stainless trims that go on the front of the bonnet, the boot around the headlights on the fenders and the trim around the taillights attached to the rear quarter. Also really need striker, door latch and handles with mechanisms for a 4 door but i would guess a hardtops could be made to work easily enough. Let me know cheers.
